CURRICULUM
INTENT

The Curriculum at Belgrave aims to give children the knowledge, skills and opportunities to be successful members of society. Through a broad and personalised learning programme the children build on prior knowledge and are immersed in subject specific lessons. The children learn the skills to become Historians, Geographers, Artists and Designers.
Through the use of technology we aim to open opportunities for children to develop as independent and critical learners, using the format they feel is best to showcase their knowledge and understanding.
Our curriculum aims to empower our children to reach their full potential. Self-confidence and intellectual development prepare them for the future and encourages them to be positive members of the wider community. The natural curiosities of the children allow them to realise their potential and become passionate about their development in a wide range of subject areas.
TEACHERS AND SUPPORT STAFF

Our teachers and support staff are outstanding in terms of qualifications, experience and commitment. We also benefit from a newly formed Care Guidance and Support Team which includes a home school link worker and Inclusion team.
